Common Questions

FAQ

The Flat Front. It has the smallest silhouette and the cleanest lines. It's designed for the guy who's ready to commit.

The Vintage Brief. It has an approx. 4" side seam and more coverage through the hip and rear. Great if you want a little more there without going full box cut.

The Basic Swim Brief. It's a true-to-size sporty fit — confident and classic without being extreme. A solid place to start if you're new to the brief world.

The Basic Brief, Vintage Brief, and Flat Front are all fully lined in the front. The Box Cut Trunk is unlined.

Absolutely. All HAC Swim suits are quick-dry, chlorine resistant, and salt resistant. They're built to keep up — whether that's laps or a late afternoon that turns into something else entirely.

Depends on what kind of tan lines you're going for. The Flat Front gives the most skin exposure. The Basic and Vintage are classic. The Box Cut sits low and relaxed — minimal lines, maximum chill.

It depends on the cut. The Flat Front fits tight — size up for more comfort. The Vintage runs slightly looser so you can stay true to size. When in doubt, size up.

There's a small amount of natural stretch — all suits are engineered to hold their shape and snap back after wear. They won't go baggy on you mid-afternoon.

One more thing

There's no wrong cut.

Just different levels of trouble.

Some guys want tiny and dangerous. Some want a little more coverage. Some are trying swim briefs for the first time. Wherever you land, you're still invited to the party.
